MUKESH KUMAR SUKLA
The leader of the right skills of the core founding members and the mentors is instrumental for our growth and brings innovation to our culture to achieve operational excellence.
Mukesh Sukla, who has 18 years of experience in industry, incubation, research, and academia, helps the company deliver quality on time, foster an innovative mindset, and advance semiconductor research and skill development at VLSIPRO Technologies. He supervises all internal procedures and techniques, as well as the efficiency of all technology developments and real-time delivery implementations within the organization.
He has previously worked on digital and mixed-signal projects for a number of clients. Because of his aptitude for driving and his familiarity with ecosystems, he has a track record of forming cohesive teams. Since 2006, he has trained more than 1,500 interns with a success rate of more than 80%. In the areas of approximate computing and low-power CMOS, he has authored over 14 national and international publications. Mukesh graduated from NIST, India, with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in electronics and communications. At VSSUT in India, Mukesh is currently working toward a PhD in VLSI Signal Processing. He is particularly interested in approximate computing for AI/ML applications that require a low power and accuracy trade-off.
Dr. SANTOSH KUMAR PATNAIK
Santosh Patnaik has completed his PhD at IIT-Kharagpur and has 20+ years of experience in academia, research, and industry. He has delivered several R&D projects, taking on mask preparation and post-silicon testing. He has owned several blocks like LDOs, BGRs, and DC-DC to show his domain expertise in power management IC (PMIC). He has groomed several engineers under his leadership. He has published several innovative solutions in reputed journals and conferences.
Dr. SURESH PATNAIK
Dr. Patnaik has worked in administrative and operational capacities in various organizations for more than 20 years. Having completed his PhD at Berhampur University, he has been instrumental in growing the team and cultivating a strong sense of camaraderie among staff members to foster collaboration and productivity at work. He brings value to VLSIPro Technologies and motivates the team with a stronger spirit thanks to his prior experience.
Dr. TRUPTI RANJAN LENKA
Dr. Lenka works as an Associate Professor with specialization in Microelectronics and VLSI Design in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at NIT Silchar, Assam. He has brought the highest value to research and development in III–V compound semiconductor–based emerging devices such as AlGaN/GaN HEMTs, Ga2O3/III-Nitride HEMTs, nanoelectronics, nanotechnology, and solar energy research for the last 25 years. He has published seven books, holds four patents, and has authored more than 250 research articles in international journals of repute, book chapters, and IEEE international conferences. He has been instrumental in driving technology as a Senior Member of IEEE and an Elected Member of the Board of Governors (BoG) of the IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS). His collaboration and active engagement with VLSIPro Technologies will motivate the team and customers to bring innovative solutions with the highest impact. See more
